We decided to have a somewhat lazy day on Thursday. Thanks to a tip from Erik's Dad we stopped to have lunch at the Red Mill Burger joint.

The tip was a very good tip. A day or so before we left, Larry was watching the Food Network and they said that the Red Mill Burger place in Seattle has one of the top 10 best burgers in the US.

And they sure were delicious. YUMMY!!!

We were going to drive to Forks, WA where the book Twilight is based. However it turned out to be a much further drive than we had anticipated. About halfway to Forks and two hours into the drive there were casualties. Jessi and Melanie both fell asleep at one point. Instead we decided to stop about 85 miles before we hit Forks and went shopping.

After a few hours of shopping we stopped in Olympia, which is the Washington capitol. We took a few pictures of the capitol buildings down there. I believe this one is the judicial building.

This is the house of legislators building. It was huge.

This was a statue of some guys. And i think that's an angel?!?!

On closer inspection... I'm still confused and think it might be an angel, but still have no clue.

This was Jessi's favorite stop sign EVER. The red lights flashed on and off.

Here is a relief of George W.... George Washington that is... Since he is the guy they named the state after I guess it makes sense.
